Login Failed error while login to Demantra Collaborator Workbench

Hi,

I am getting 'Login Failed' error when I try to login Demantra Collaborator Workbench. But the same credentials are working fine for Workflow. The issue is with only one environment. We are using the demantra version 7.3.1.4.

Any help will be appreciated.
