Validate Serial Number checkbox in Create Service Request Form

Hello,

There is a checkbox for "Validate Serial" in create Service request Form. It is checked by default and non editable in form (Read Only). Please refer the attached screenshot.

I want to know, how can I disable this checkbox? Couldn't find a profile option for it.

We are on version R12.1.3
