How to bulk transfer the ownership of records

Scenario: The user has a number of records assigned to him and he is the only assignee on the step.He wants to action the records in his task manager with the following:

Action 1: He wants to transfer the ownership of all these records to another user.Wants to do it in bulk. Bulk Actions > With Preview doesnot do bulk transfers.

Actions 2: Add assignees to the same step and transfer the task to some other users in bulk.
