Error while connecting to IP2016 Sample client using Chrome

Dear Experts,

When I login to web client through chrome in a stand alone environment not connected to internet, i am getting the following error.

"Unable to connect to the server. Please check your network connection.(SBL-UIJ-00437)"

However, this issue is not observed for Mozilla.

CFG section for sample is as below:
