Web ADI download not working for an user

Hi,

We have got an WEB ADI template which is been used by HR to download and upload data. For one user, the download is not working as the Web ADI template is getting downloaded as blank. For the other users, its working fine as the web adi is getting downloaded with data. Does anyone knows, what is the set up and do we need to give some kind of access to the user for downloading the data.

Please note its not an excel issue since if some different user is login in the system, the data is getting downloaded.
