User can't see or add resources
We're using P6 8.2 EPPM
I'm the administrator. We just added a new user. I've given him access to everything as a PM, including Resources. See the screenshot.
When I open the schedule, I see all the resources and can add and delete.
When he opens the schedule, he can't see the resources - no matter what filter we run.
And the Add button is grayed out.

Any ideas why he can't see or work on resources.
