Error in R09415

We are getting an error when we execute R09415 for a range of companies. The error message is as given below:

EventRule : Business Function ReturnDate at line 67 for Event 13 in Section TB Trial Balance Report (F0901) Driver has caused a memory violation

Please let me know the reason for the above error and the resolution for this.
