Claim Approval not working

We recently implemented CHRM module but claim approval is not working.

We setup a function for approval rules but when we submit the claim its not calling the function.

we created the function as per the Doc -How to setup Functions for Approval Rules in OMO 11.5.6 (Doc ID 263500.1)
