OMS will not get Deleted ?

Hi,

I am trying to delete the instance of OMS from my server and get the following message:

I think I may have forgotten all the passwords.  Can this be just deleted without requiring to know the OEM password ?

Is there a way I can log into the database and get rid of the repository created by OMS ?

omsca delete -full
