Siebel Tools issue "Unable to find type for Business Component 'Repository Application'.(SBL-DEV-004

Hello,

i have set up a new Siebel tools configuraiton to connect to new Environment and i get error "Unable to find type for Business Component 'Repository Application'.(SBL-DEV-00467)" when trying to LOGIN with SADMIN.

Siebel Tools IP15 patchetset14.

Any idea of the issue ?
