How to create a Segment Value Look Up region for Auto Accounting?

Hi there,
I need to create a Segment Value Look Up to be used in an Auto Acctg. Rule.
The Look Up would be based on the Category:Usage-> Expenditure Types (same as Object Codes in GL) used on a Transaction ==> and assign the Offset (Credit) Expenditure Type (same as Object Codes in GL).
For example,
Project Usage Expenditure (Debit)--> 5360610 ===> Project Usage Recapture (Credit) --> 5360810
Project Usage Expenditure (Debit)--> 5360710 ===> Project Usage Recapture (Credit) --> 5360750
Project Usage Expenditure (Debit)--> 5360711 ===> Project Usage Recapture (Credit) --> 5360751
Any assistance is highly appreciated,
