Job Budget Hold

Hi,

We know we have Budget hold for Purchases and Sales when the amount exceeds the Budget amount.

We also have more Project Expenses like Freight which is routed thru Purchase cycle and there are more Project expenses which we book thru Journals.  I understand that the Budget Hold is available only for Inventory purchases??

I want to know whether we have the Budget Hold for these kind of Project Expenses also.  I also want to know in which stage it would be available in Entry stage or at some other stages.
