Agent Java Heap Used percentage is 95%

I am receiving constant error message from Grid. I think it required to change the memory but how I count the best memory to assign to the system.

Besides, I am not sure where the OMS installed. I try to find the script startEMServer.sh but couldn't get it even I search the entire server.
