Can i update life years for one particular asset.

Hi All,

Can i update life years for one particular asset.

We are transferring assets to one of sister concern.Transferred with N.B.V value. in there also Asset life years at Asset Category level same.

Due to uploading N.B.V into the system, it's calculating and assuming like normal asset and depreciated accordingly.

Which is indifference(Depreciation amount) , comparatively as per our books.

If i want overcome this.,can i change  life of years for this assets in the Asset work bench level.

Is it  best practice, Could you please give any suggestion in this regard.
