FRM-92103: A network error or server failure has occurred.

Hi,

we have migrated an application from forms 10g to 12c and we are receiving, in production environment, a lot of frm-92103 errors.

We are using the application with java web start.

The java stack is as follows:

FRM-92103: A network error or server failure has occurred.

You will need to restart your application.

Java Exception:

java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: connect

    at java.net.DualStackPlainSocketImpl.waitForConnect(Native Method)

    at java.net.DualStackPlainSocketImpl.socketConnect(Unknown Source)

    at java.net.AbstractPlainSocketImpl.doConnect(Unknown Source)
