BAM Implementation & Capabilities for Oracle EBS Support project

Hi All,

I am looking for good documentation for implementing Oracle Business Activity Monitoring (BAM). Has anyone worked & implemented this?

What are the capabilities available inside BAM concept? 

I am working in Oracle EBS R12.2.5 Support project and want to know how can I leverage the capabilities available within BAM concept.

Please share the experience If anyone has.
