16225 error system failer 16200 error not found webcenter content issue

Appreciate your support in this..

its webcenter clustered environment all servers status is running but navigating to http://localhost:16225/wcc gives error system failure and http://16200/cs gives error not found

i tried restarting the weblogic and all servers but it remain the same errors.

i tried following these steps :

1. Open a terminal and go to <$MW_HOME>/oracle_common/common/bin directory

a. Run the WebLogic scripting tool command: ./wlst.sh

b. Once in the scripting shell, enter: connect()

c. Now enter - username followed by password

d. Enter server URL t3://<hostname>:<ContentUIPort>

t3://oracletestingdb:16225

Ex: t3://localhost:16225
