Oracle Database 12c OL6.8 Changing IP address

I have Oracle Database 12c running on Oracle Linux 6.8 currently running fine but in the next month I will be moving buildings and in the new building I will have a new IP scheme. Is there a way to change the IP address of the database without breaking it? I have cloned that database and tried changing the IP address and the host file and it seems to crash.
