ASI for Tools Release 9.2.1.1

Hi community,

As part of the new TR installation (https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocContentDisplay?id=2054020.1  ), I'm installing the TL9210002 ASI.

I have two questions:

#Q1: Do I need to apply this ASI 4 times? One for each environment?

#Q2: The ASI installation through the Change Assistant erases all the Business Data? I'm asking this because of this message:
