Error while using WSH_EXCEPTIONS_PUB.Exception_Action to purge records

Hi

I using WSH_EXCEPTIONS_PUB.Exception_Action API to purge data in WSH_EXCEPTIONS as mentioned in Document : 1576170.1. But when I try to pass ACTION as PURGE and run the sql I get a message saying 'Error: Please Enter a valid value for Lookup Type LOGGING_ENTITYError: Invalid Lookup'. I see majority of the the records in WSH_EXCEPTIONS are with Logging Entity  as SHIPPING. Can some please your inputs on this?
