Anyone use Oracle Application Manager?

I'm trying to better understand the current usage of Oracle Application Manager.  There is a wealth of proactive and troubleshooting features available here.  I believe this menu is currently available under the seeded 'System Administration' responsibility and the 'System Administrator' responsibility.

Has anyone used the OAM features?
