How to read Xpath line in error report

We successfully transmitted without applying the second formatting patch (we didn't have the .00 issue in our file). Our transmission was accepted with five SSN errors. The error report provides information on which dependent SSN caused the issue, but I'm not sure how to read it:

/Form109495C TransmittalUpstream/Form1094CUpstreamDetail/Form1095CUpstreamDetail/CoveredIndividualGrp[4]/SSN

Does this mean that it was the fourth person listed in the Covered Individual Group in the XML transmission file?
