Email Notification of PCARD transaction loaded
Customers would like to be notified by Email that PCARD transactions have been loaded after the bank file is consumed - and that it is now available for them in iExpense.
Currently they have to login to iExpense and see what is available. Some customers are intermittent users and are not in Oracle very often. This email notification would let them know there are Card transactions in iExpense ready to be processed.
In looking at the documentation I was not sure if the credit card transaction employee workflow is applicable - or if it will email the credit card holder.
