ibbu replaced on SG-SAS6-R-INT-Z / controler still in need attention

in SPARC T-series servers (MOSC) Question

Hello team

I have a faulty BBU (part number 371-4746-01) installed on SG-SAS6-R-INT-Z  on sparc T4-1.

I replaced that by   ibbu with new part 7050794 . In attached the logs . The bbu is replaced and charged correctly, but controller still in need attention state.

I would like to know why please.
