BIP 11g with Siebel IP13

Team,

New BIP installation with Siebel IP13 integration,

followed "Integrating Oracle BI Publisher with Siebel Business Applications" from oracle.

When I tried to upload files, getting error:

Class name incorrect or does not extend SiebelBusinessService : <?>(SBL-EAI-05010)

Checked with Report trouble shooting guide: https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E14004_01/books/Reports/troubleshooting8.html, all settings are as per guide.

Still, getting the issue

Any Suggestion or imputs
