Sales order went to status 982-999

Hi,

We had entered Sales order for 20 quantities.

After running Pick slip, order went to status 982-999 as cancelled in committments.

Can you please let us know why did it happen though we have enough quantity in inventory. Also, the Expiry date is 28.10.2017 and Shelf days in Item BP is 270 days. 

SO detail Ledger has updated the line with status

(Program ID as N4201360.)
