Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Move order issue

I have below issue for some items,

user created move order for 12 qty

Transact move order completed

Then view material transaction shows 12 x 3 times total 36 qty

user did not make any view/update allocation

similar issue happen for another item where it happen 8 x 12 qty

i can not replicate the issue, anybody has such issue?
