Full Get any Alternative ??

Hi All,

  We are trying to do a Full get from our server, but its taking a lot of time and due to network issues in 95% of cases it fails after 2-3 hrs and again we have to repeat from start again, so as of now we did a get of couple of projects and kept on working, Is there a way to get the repository directly from server and import it on to the Local repository just like we do on Stage and Production boxes. We want an alternative approach to speed up the process..

We are on IP 16.8
