ABC compile logic with scope as Subinventory

Hello,

Want to know the logic of ABC compile in determining  no of items, total quantity in Define ABC compile window when  Content Scope and Valuation Scope is set to Subinventory and Compile criterion- Current on hand qty. Attached screenshot for reference.

Reason to ask, did a ABC compile test  for  couple of subinventories. Noted # of items and onhand qty from Inventory on hand qty window for a particular subinventory.  After ABC compile is run for that  subinventory see that no of items and total qty  are not matching.

Example:

Noted # of items and onhand qty residing in a subinventory. Let say # of items -20, on -hand - 1296 from on-hand qty window. When ABC compile is run for this subinvenotry, see that # of items-24 and total qty is 1270.

Howdy, Stranger!
