Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. BI embeded Report is not generating PDF file in JDE 9.1

Hi All,

We are using JDE 9.1.4.4 release, developed one report using embedded BI to generate PDF output and send the output by email.

Report is generating xml file but PDF file is not created. I need republish RD then only it is creating PDF output and auto sending email.

What could be the reason for not generating PDF output for first submission?

Please share the information.
