Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Customer Search Landing to Error -- too many matching results

While doing a customer search using Oracle Customer Data librarian Super user, searching using the Name field.

It is giving the below error :

Error : The Criteria of you entered provide too many matching results.Enter Additional Criteria or modify the match rules to get fewer.

I had raised one SR in which I was told to set the below profile value:

Profile option HZ: Maximum Number of Match Results value set to 1000.

But still we are getting the same issue.

What i understood from the doc id -- 734478.1 is :

If the estimated number of records to be returned is greater than the value set in the profile -- we get the error.
