OEM 13.2 page not opening.

Hi,

I have installed OEM 13.2 on linux VM 6.8. I am able to login onto the OEM console using VNC.

I am trying to open the login page on my local laptop after connecting to the VPN, it's not opening the page not even asking for any certificates updates .. etc.

can someone please help.
