recover xcenter password

Hi MOSC,

To one of my environment I have lost xcenter password. I would like to recover this and not to change

Xstore 7.1.x.x

I have encrypted value for xcenter password that is used at xstore for integration and config.cip used to generate value.

Pj4+MAAAAABEJKQVOAJI+5sGlAQ30XIQ

Is there anyway I could decrypt? any java utility available for this? Need this info asap.
