How to transfer Dashboard profiles as HTML Contact center information tiles
Last year one of our consultants logged an SR asking if it was possible to leverage the dashboard profile checks and queries into the HTML contact center and they were told it was...but it doesn't look like any setups are going to make this happen. Maybe we have to build our own custom block to replace the standard block of tiles block? Does anyone have any experience or information about trying to do this? We are going to 12.2.5
