Part time resource in Routing

All Had a question, want to know how best we can define a resource that works part time in a department (in routing --> Operation Resources button --> Scheduling TAB --> Assigned Units) We dont have a resource that works full time at one of the departments and it doesnt allow to put a fraction there, whats the best option to represent this scenario. We use only one shift Thanks Joe
