Accepted with Errors /CoveredIndivid ualGrp[5]/SSN

We've been able to get our 1095C file uploaded to the Feds with Accepted with Errors.  We've uploaded the error file and ran both "Benefits ACA process Error Data XML" and "Benefits ACA Errors Report" processes.

The "Benefits ACA Errors Report" shows the names of the employees affected; the error text "Form 1095C 'CoveredIndividualName' and 'SSN' in 'CoveredIndividualGrp' must match the IRS database" and the Xpath of "/Form109495CTransmittalUpstream/Form1094CUpstreamDetail/Form1095CUpstreamDetail/CoveredIndividualGrp[3]/SSN".

I understand that they are saying that the Feds do not recognize the Name and SSN match and that this could be a Dependent rather then the actual employee.  Does the Xpath message, specifically the part "CoveredIndividualGrp[3]" suggest that it is the 3rd person(CoveredIndividualGrp) associated with the employee(RecordId) that was listed in the XML file that was uploaded?
