P43230 Supplier Analysis Columns

Hi,

I'm working with 9.2 and looking for the 'existing' Columns, Formats, and Paths, as outlined in the below document. When I review P51COL, P51FMT, P51PT all tables are empty. What are the existing records and what populates them in JDE automatically?
