Parts Return- After Post debrief
Hello Team,
We have a scenario in our workshop where controller requested the part and completed the post debrief after receiving however later he got to know that one part which he received is left as un utilized. Now situation is that we have part physically lying with us and in system we utilized it so I need to know how we can return that part to parts department which will update the inventory.
Although situation has been handle from customer’s sales order point of view so that he will not get charged for that part, unnecessary.
Please advice how we can handle this via field service or spares management, if possible?
