ACCYR Accounting Flexfield is disabled but it's still showing up in the FSG Report Row Set

In GL SUPERVISOR the flexfield value ACCYR 1997-2005 are disabled and doesn’t show those years when I go into a Mass Allocation, for example see attachment. In the rowset in FSG USER, I noticed that the ACCYR has 1997-2005 available? So not sure if it’s showing those old years just for certain responsibilities.
