Consistency in the masking of card data being referenced across multiple

Hi all,

We are trying to address a problem with having
consistency in the masking of card data being referenced across multiple
applications in our development and test environments.

Additionally we need to retain the first 10 digits of card number and mask only last 6 digits of card.

For the data masking ,
could you advise as to the type of masking suggested, as a
deterministic masking approach appears to be the recommended solution.

If the approach is deterministic, could you advise
how this would be applied across other applications to maintain the
referential integrity required for development/testing?
