What would cause my excluded_check_ids.txt to be ignored?

It's in my orachk folder with a few check_ids on separate lines.
Here it is.
[root@xxxxxx orachk]# cat excluded_check_ids.txt
F723B279BA9218A5E04313C0E50A1B01
1847B3947928D848E0530B98EB0ABBDA
1832702CA36E9A8BE0530B98EB0AB5A9
07A76669BB985B6CE05313C0E50ADA40
And the command I'm using
./orachk -localonly -dball -m
I'm doing a debug run now.
