Error while running HFM SequenceFix.sql utility

I am using HFM 11.1.2.4.202 . I use import application utility/option in Consolidation administration to synchronize applications between production and test environment.Post importing I get application errors for which oracle has confirmed that I need to run the SequenceFix.sql utility to fix the sequence issue.

But when I run the utility in sqlplus using the HFM Schema login I get below error
