OpenUI is not rendering properly in client machine

One of our users is experiencing problem with the way Siebel Open UI server application renders in her machine. The application is not occupying the whole browser due to the presence of left and right borders, as highlighted in the screen capture below:

Please note that this only happens in her machine as verified by the following scenarios:

- logging in using her account

- logging in using other users' account

Additionally, using other machines the application is rendering properly:

- logging in using her account

- logging in using other users' account

She is using IE11 with the same browser configuration as the other machines. Also,
