Lead time rollup

Hi,

I am trying to have the system populate the Org-Item's Cum Mfg lead time and Cum Total lead time by running the Calculate Cum lead time GUI program but unable to get these fields populated. I created a simple BOM for a Make Item with a purchased item in the BOM and routing with a resource - usage and Schedule flag = Yes. Any pointers would be helpful.
