"The layer does not exist in grid" - Smart View Error for a single Linked Form

Good morning,

We are using HFM 11.1.2.3. and Smart View 11.1.2.5.610 (Some users on .510)

One of our Linked Forms is giving us this error.

I've removed the row and column suppressions (as recommended by Oracle) but it doesn't fix the problem.

Any advice will be appreciated.
