Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Min TL Usage Percentage field on itinerary's parameter tab also includes ERU utilization?

I'm try to find out if it only refers to weight/volume utilization or ERU utilization as well.
