Wo raw material commitment issue for a lot controlled item

Hi,

I have a lot controlled Raw material. Have enough
quantity available in single lot in secondary location. Lot status is in stock.
Lot on hand & effective date is 29.03.17. Lot expiry & Best before date
is 29.03.18

I have commitment based on expiry date and Commit Hard on
printing.

WO Status

10: WO Created

20: Parts list attached (Soft commit to primary)

40: Print WO (Hard commit to secondary)

I have created a WO for a finished good having that raw
material. Requested date for WO is 08.05.17 & start date is 13.04.17 After
Processing & Printing Got the RM quantity Hard committed to secondary
location

I have created another WO for same finished good. Requested
