Re-Create oraInventory failed both (DB Tier)

Hello,

I am trying to install EBS 12.2, and then upgrade to 12.2.4. Everything was fine until the last step when I try to perform a fs_clone after patching. So I am trying to clean up the oraInventory and re-run the fs_clone.

I followed Doc 556834.1 on how to do a clean up, removed the old one and try to attach the DB home back. I got simply " AttachHome" failed error. Here are the last few entries in the log file at /home/oracle/oraInventory/logs directory after the failed attach.

Is there another way to clean up and re-attach, as the error does not explain anything on why. Is there a verbose mode to perform the attach home?
