Secondary Charge and Special Service

in Oracle Transportation Management (MOSC) Question

Hi All!

Could you kindly help us with the following issue?

The matter is that we have an Oder and PICKLOADED/DROPLOADED Special Service as a default mode. We do not add the PICKLOADED to Special Service on the Order.

We have a Secondary Charge Rule with the Service Provider Constrains and PICKLOADED Special Service. Also we have a Rate Offering with SC type and Rate Record for that.

When we try to add Third Party Service Provider to PICKLOADED Special Service nothing is changed. As we add Special Service PICKLOADED to the Order everything is worked.

The main idea is to have Secondary Charge for the default Special Service on Shipments.
