AIP First Day: RETL issues

Dear Team,

We are working on AIP v16 setup. The data is not appearing DM Online which we suspect is RETL issue.

When we run the first day of AIP, in the step AIP on Oracle Import there is a command to be run mentioned in step 4(${INTEGRATION_HOME}/scripts/process_aiponline_data.sh -l "${INTEGRATION_HOME}/config/import_sku_store_hierarchy.config" -d "${ONL_IMPORT_DIR}"). While executing this we are getting the error as mentioned in attached screenshot 1(E100:This flow has produced an unexpected error. java.lang.NullPointerException). The files required are present in the ONL_INBOUND_DIR folder.
